VAG MDG1: Korhex unlock for five more Bosch control units
FLEX 8.27 expands Korhex access for MG1CS002 H80, MG1CS008, MG1CS031 H80, MD1CS004 H80 and MD1CS014. Bench work is possible after unlocking.
On October 26, 2026, Magic Motorsport adds Korhex as an additional unlock method alongside the existing VFI procedures. Listed units are MG1CS002 H80, MG1CS008, MG1CS031 H80 and MD1CS004 H80 with TC298, plus MD1CS014 with TC299.
The combined vehicle selection lists Audi SQ5 3.0 V6 TDI MHEV, Audi RS5 2.9 V6 Biturbo, Cupra Formentor 2.0 TSI, Lamborghini Urus S 4.0 V8 Biturbo and Volkswagen Golf VIII 2.0 TDI. The list does not individually assign these examples to the five ECUs; the specific hardware remains decisive.
Korhex and FLS0.20 Boot Glitch or Flex Full FLS0.5 are required. After unlocking, supported variants can be read and written in Bench. The release covers flash, EEPROM and backup.
