1. Scope These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between CT Performance and its customers for the services and products offered.
2. Services CT Performance offers services in chip tuning, deactivation of vehicle components (e.g. AdBlue, NOx, EGR, DPF), file services and control unit repairs. The deactivations offered are intended exclusively for export or motorsport and must not be used on public roads. 3. Contract formation A contract is concluded when the customer submits a binding offer and CT Performance accepts it. Acceptance may be in writing, by email or through performance of the service.
4. Prices and payment All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made as agreed, either in advance or upon collection.
5. Statutory warranty and liability CT Performance is liable for defects in the services provided in accordance with statutory provisions. CT Performance accepts no liability for damage caused by improper use or modifications by the customer. Statutory warranty coverage for engine and transmission components is expressly excluded to the extent legally permissible. An optional engine and transmission guarantee may be purchased through the external provider NSA Garantie. Those guarantee terms are not part of this contract and are governed exclusively by the guarantor's provisions.
6. Data protection Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with CT Performance's privacy policy, available at: https://ct-performance.de/datenschutz/
7. Final provisions The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is CT Performance's registered office, provided the customer is a merchant.
